• Answer participant enquiries, as well as inquire with participants to acquire full understanding of what info are being asked.

• Document all calls involving inquires

• Monitor Contact Tracking for replies from administrative staff members so call returns are done in a timely procedure.

• Follow-up with customers within a 24-hour period of time in regards to the initial phone call. Even if it is to just touch base and let client know query is still being checked out.

• Cross sell value added expert services or goods provided by the company
