What is it like being an HR ASSISTANT at Mustard Seed? Here are the duties and responsibilities:• Handle company events
• Greets Birthday celebrants and handles Birthday Celebration
• Issue Work Anniversary Certificate and conduct Kapihan Session
• Sending of Work Anniv Announcement
• Handles and organize the outreach programs of the company
• Conduct consistent Kamustahan Activity and create a report
• Welcomes newly hired employees in skype
• Create announcement of work schedules, holidays, and other engagement and benefits announcement
• Process Funeral Assistance, SSS, TIN, PAGIBIG, and Philhealth related benefits
• Ordering of free lunch for new employees
• Create and issue vouchers for best employees
• Monitoring of Training Road Map
• Facilitates Feedback Form
• Handles Healthcard processes and related activities
• Handles Revolving Fund for qualified employees and acknowledgement letter
• Processing of ATM Card and Enrollment to GCash Portal
• Process and monitor Clearances, Exit forms, Turnover form and follow up all accountabilities of resigned employees
• Process issuance of evals to heads, follow up, collating and encoding of eval results of employees, creating reports
• Issuance of Regularization letter and Work anniversary letter
• Monitor Onboarding Form
• Issuance of quitclaim for resigned employees

Qualifications:
• Have a degree in Human Resources/Psychology/Business Administration or any related field
• Have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and a team player
• Have good problem-solving ability and is flexible
• Highly proficient with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and other editing applications like adobe photoshop and video editor
• Ability to maintain employee confidentiality
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
• Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
• Have integrity and approachable
• Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Have exceptional written and verbal communication
• Must be willing to do fieldwork if necessary
• Versatile
