Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Monitors manpower agencies activities from hiring, evaluation and etc.
  • Ability to communicate well with all levels of management.
  • Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Career driven with ability to organize and deliver thoughts professionally and has strong problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to accurately and articulately document information.

Job Qualification:

  • Willing to be assigned at Balintawak, Quezon City
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource or equivalent
  • Licensed Psychometrician is an advantage
  • Amenable to start immediately
  • Has work experience in all facets of HR Employee Relations, Recruitment & Admin.
