Responsible in assuring that the HR’s talent acquisition process and standards are met. Administer daily general HR tasks in accordance to Human Resource Department’s standards.

Responsibilities

● Responsible in two shared service HR activities of the company primarily:
● Talent Acquisition and
● Payroll, Benefits and Administration
● Ensures that the entire talent acquisition process is efficiently and effectively executed.
● Scan resumes and shortlists candidates. Schedules and conducts preliminary interviews of applicants, and facilitates pre-interview exams.
● Conducts orientation of newly accepted employees facilitating their integration in a new working environment ensuring they adapt well.
● Monitors and maintains all employee records including but not limited to employee profiles, employment contracts of casual, seasonal, temporary, probationary and regular employees, and other employee requirements.
● Assist in administering statutory and non-statutory benefits processes (SSS, Phil Health, HDMF, other employment benefits such as loans, salary increases) accordingly which includes employee enrollment, filing of updates, amendments to employee records and processing of claims and other benefits.
● Compile HR records and prepares monthly HR performance reports.
● Perform other duties and responsibility as required.

Qualifications

● College graduate with a degree in Business Administration. A major in Human Resources is an advantage.
● Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
● Has knowledge or background in basic HR related tasks.
● Must have proficient computer skills and has knowledge of MS Office Applications.
