Job Descriptions
  • Handle the full cycle process of government related benefits (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
  • Ensures delivery of day to day HR functions from HR Administration, Recruitment, employee Relations, Payroll, Benefits Administration To Training.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations. Ensure policies and practices implemented are relevant and up-to-date.

  • Monthly/Quarterly Withholding Tax Expanded and Alphalist
  • Monthly Withholding Tax Compensation
  • Monthly/Quarterly VAT
  • SLSP
  • Quarterly ITR
  • Year end Alphalist
  • Know how to use EBIR Forms / EFPS
  • Other clerical & administrative tasks that maybe assigned.
  • Liaison, clerical, collection, delivery, processing permits
  • Highly organized, with good attention to detail and follow up
  • Proven ability to work with confidential information and to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with diverse groups of people
  • Can work with minimum supervision

Job Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 - 5 Year(s) experienced employees specializing Liaison, Clerical/Administrative support, Customer service, Credits and Collection, Complying government requirements or equivalent
  • With understanding of the Phil. Labor Code and all pertinent rules related to Human Resource Management.
  • With knowledge of accounting duties and tax compliance.

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
