The HR Offboarding Staff is primarily responsible for the implementation of HR policies and programs among beneficiaries or recipients as mandated or provided by the Top Management or as directed. He/She is tasked to provide assistance in the execution of the functions of the team/section.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business or related courses

· Proficiency in MS applications

· Basic knowledge in accounting standards and tax related matters

· Good communication skills
