Serve as a business partner with the leaders by managing the acquisition, onboarding, and the overall experience of the probationary team members.

Recruitment

  • Oversee the operations of the recruitment team and ensure compliance to organization’s requirements and standards
  • Coordinate with different department leaders from local and international hubs and brands to determine staffing needs and ensure timely and accurate provision of manpower based on requirements
  • Handles end-to-end recruitment (e.g., job posting, sourcing, assessment, interview, endorsement, offer, contract management) for the assigned departments
  • Source and coordinate with manpower agencies as needed
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and databases and provide weekly report to the HR Managers as well as recommendations for improvement on the recruitment process

Onboarding

  • Oversee the onboarding experience of all new hires ensuring that they receive their welcome email and attend the orientation
  • Ensure provision of all resources for new hires (e.g., ID, email, accesses, work tools)
  • Design and implement “check-points” for new team members on the first 90 days

Overall Employee Experience

  • Design and execute engagement programs for probationary team members
  • Ensure positive employee experience from onboarding until the regularization by providing support to team member’s concern for the assigned department
  • Support the organization’s initiative for learning, and retention programs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Psychology or Human Resources Development Management or other course related
  • Has at least 5 years experience in handling end-to-end recruitment process
  • With background in handling or managing a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexible and agile
