Zendesk is looking for a HR Shared Services Coordinator. You are genuine, listen to your customers and you strive to make things beautifully simple. You consistently strive to make the people around you better, while making processes simpler and more effective.

In this role, you will balance the transactional workflow for Zendesk’s Employee Services organization, support the team, and help us stay within compliance. Meanwhile, you will continually look at ways to improve how things are done!

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for answering and processing Level 1 concerns via our ticketing and chat systems with a high level of accuracy
  • Responsible for ensuring that out of scope concerns are triaged to the correct team
  • Ensuring that assigned tasks are done effectively and does not breach the SLA
  • Identify ticket and chat trends and immediately report critical issues to the manager
  • Make sure that we are compliant and appropriately applies company policies and procedures
  • Updating and creating work instructions as needed
  • Suggests process improvements to the team processes
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and tasks as needed

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • You dwell on the details and able to digest dynamic processes
  • You have great comprehension skills and can use your best judgement
  • You have great communication skills and is comfortable to present to individuals and small groups
  • You work well with others and is a great teammate who helps everyone become successful
  • You have experience with, and enjoy using and learning ticketing, chat support and HRIS systems
  • Nice to have: you know your way around Google Docs and Workday

Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree preferred with demonstrated at least 1 year of general HR experience
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; comfortable with giving and receiving open, constructive feedback in a way that fosters trust and respect
  • Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills; accuracy is essential
  • Inventive, proactive and able to independently manage shifting workloads in a high-paced and ever-changing environment. You know how to prioritize and deliver on opportunities
  • Outstanding judgment and ability to balance the needs of the company, managers, and employees
  • Strong attitude for continuous improvement and exceeding client expectations.
