The Learning and Development Specialist will be in-charge of the following responsibilities:

a. Formulate the training and development strategy and design the curriculum; regularly review the curriculum to ensure that the planned programs are delivered on time and that they meet their objectives.

b. Prepare the annual training calendar

c. Coordinate with Training Representatives for training logistics and requirements

d. Inform the participants and identified facilitators of the date and venue of training programs

e. Review proposed company-initiated training programs and suggest effective methodologies

f. Maintain records (e.g. attendance, evaluation, rating) of facilitators and participants in the training programs including the overall course evaluation

g. Periodically update database of course outlines and materials.

h. Research and recommend external seminars, workshops, or programs to supplement the internal programs being run by CFFC

i. Screen and recommend external speakers, resource persons, or training outfits for specific training needs or programs of CFFC

j. Tabulate and distribute program evaluations including disseminating of final results to facilitators

k. Distribute training rating results to participants of technical programs

l. Prepare and issue List of Training Programs Attended upon employee’s request

m. Distribute Training Certificates

n. Conduct of new employee onboarding
