Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Quezon City, for a Human Resources Supervisor Compensation and Benefits. The Human Resources Supervisor Compensation and Benefits will be responsible for managing and administering employee benefits packages, analyzing compensation data and making recommendations for salary increases and bonuses, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The Human Resources Supervisor Compensation and Benefits will also be responsible for managing the communication of benefit packages to employees and developing new compensation and benefit programs to improve the overall employee experience.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Compensation and Benefits
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits laws and regulations
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Working knowledge of payroll systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Other HR task will be discussed and assigned from time to time.
