OVERVIEW

HR Supervisor is responsible for payroll and Compensation and Benefits for all 11 Dealerships within Visayas & Mindanao and also assist in some admin task in the HR department.

HR RECRUITER BASIC QUALIFICATION:

  • Must be a graduate of BS/AB in Psychology, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Human Resource Management
  • At least 4 year experience in Supervisory Level
  • Must know all the Functions of HR
  • Must be organized and able to multi-task
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent in written and oral communication
  • Must be attentive to details
  • Ability to meet the requirements before the deadline

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Timekeeping and Payrolling
  • Process Compensation and Benefits of all VisMin Employees
  • Coordinate with General Manager and Group HR Manager for some confidential matters
  • Facilitate Disciplinary Hearing
  • Employee Relations
  • Monitoring and updating of attrition rate
  • Monitoring and updating of employee Masterfile
  • Checking of pre-employment requirements
  • Prepare newly hired employees in HRIS and biometric I.D numbers.
  • Visit different dealerships within Visayas & Mindanao for employee relations matters
  • Monitor the task of HR Generalist and HR Recruiter
