What this job involves?

Are you a mobile maintenance manager that has extensive experience managing and leading a team of high quality technicians to deliver excellent services for our clients?

Are you a great team player, with high standards and an embedded Health and Safety first mindset?

You will lead a small team of technicians to work safely and deliver specific targeted engineering services for our JLL client accounts. Good relationship building skills are key and the ability to speak a good standard of English will be required.

Keeping an eye on budget and contracts

This role does require some awareness around budget control and pricing for services delivered by the mobile engineering services team.

You will lead the team in this area with additional finance support around forecasting and P&L management. You will have experience in supporting and creating new business solutions within a mobile engineering services team to grow the business for Thailand.

Competent and goal-driven

Do you have five years or more experience of managing a mobile engineering team in a service industry business? If so, you will be a perfect fit for the role.

You’ll also need to be a goal-oriented individual who’s a mentor and team player able to develop your team to meet the goals and expectations of our clients.

· Have a Health and Safety first mindset

· Have a good level of English

· A mechanical or Electrical Engineer with building systems/facilities experience

· Five years plus experience managing a mobile maintenance team

· Able to travel around Thailand

· Be a proactive self-starter

· Have a willingness to mentor the team

· Some understanding of Budget and controls
