Responsibilities

Strategize, plan, and review manpower resources at organisational level to support business and organisational growth

Review and prepare HR related policies, SOPs, and workflow,

Conduct talent acquisition activities, screening, interviewing, reference check and onboarding

Conduct staff trainings, coaching and human resources objectives

Prepare attendance, leave and disciplinary records

Prepare HR, attendance, and leave records

Job Requirements:

2-3 years of Human Resources Management, preferably in the Hospitality Industry

Excellent command of written and spoken English

Experience in Microsoft office and Google Suite and software preferred

Ability to connect and understand people at all position levels

Up -to-date knowledge of Labor and employment law of the Philippines
