Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct all company pre-employment processing including background checks, reference checks and physical-medical assessment & drug testing.
  • Conducts new hire orientation and completes all new hire documentation in compliance with the company’s standards and government regulations.
  • Handles escalated company benefit issues that require in-depth knowledge and instruction.
  • Prepares monthly remittances and reports on employees’ statutory contributions and loans.
  • Primary facilitator of the company’s Worker’s Compensation program and aid with the granting of paid Leave of Absence.
  • Collaborates with the HR Team on a variety of projects related to benefits & compensation, training and organizational development, employee engagement activities and other initiatives.
  • Prepares employment certification, employment contracts, office memorandums and disciplinary notices.
  • Serves as an associate resource by providing answers for day to day employee inquiries such as company policies, compensation & benefits and Government regulated HR Policies and practices.
  • Professionally and accurately responds to written, electronic and verbal inquiries from associates, Managers and Executives.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Knowledgeable on any HRIS Tools
  • Excellent communication skills; presentation, written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and implement priorities; manage multiple tasks, in a dynamic setting
  • Willing to have flexible work schedule
