Job description:

For Inter- company

  • Coordinate with company personnel involve and processes for effectively distribution of FG and raw materials for delivery to customers ( MFI & GDGMC).
  • Facilitate the documents to transfer to respective companies.
  • Keep records of warehouse stock and arranging of raw materials & FG for efficiency storage.
  • Handle all aspects of shipping & delivery; tracking of shipment/ delivery of items if receipt is in order.
  • Prepare accurate summaries & deliveries every month.
  • For showroom
    • Take in account all items for transfers and replacement inside the residence showroom using the approved policy on transferring and pull out.
    • Proper recording of transactions making sure items are transferred & recorded back to warehouse.
    • Communicate with warehouse Assistant Manager for any request prior to transfers or replacement.

    Job qualifications:

    • College degree with any 4 year course
    • With 2-3 year of experience in logistics management
    • Excellent customer service and client relation skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)/ SAP
    • Good management and organizational skills
    • Critical thinking and problem- solving abilities
    • Willing to work in Sauyo, Novaliches QC
