We are looking for a highly capable IT support assistant to provide technical assistance on office-based and Work-from-Home (WfH) end-users via remote access on shifting schedules. You may be expected to be on call and work beyond your shift to get the job done. Responsible in ensuring optimal use of our hardware and software technologies, enhancing system performance, and securing data. Possess extensive experience in providing information technology support in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

  • Provide hardware and software technical assistance and support to all end-users.
  • Install, configure, troubleshoots, and resolve system hardware and software issues.
  • Perform regular workstations preventive maintenance and upgrades.
  • Responsible for updating the inventory and documentation of all hardware and software records.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Management.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar.
  • 1-3 years of experience as an IT Support Assistant.
  • In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and LAN systems.
  • Exceptional ability in providing technical support in the office or via remote access and resolving queries.
  • Capability to determine IT need and train end-users.
  • Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Forbearing, flexible, and supportive.
  • Familiar with Autodesk Products and Web programming is an advantage.
  • Preferably living at nearby cities in Pampanga near Clark Freeport Zone.
