Responsibilities:
    • Assist in over-all online store management including looking for potential suppliers and merchants to onboard to continuously diversify the products and services for driver’s everyday needs
    • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process of new and existing partners (sourcing, onboarding, partner management, purchase orders, settlement, etc.)
    • Assist in the development of briefs and job orders for all creative requirements for the online store
    • Help maintain product information database and digital asset management system
    • Oversee the fulfillment operations including the in and out movement of packages, stock inventory, storage as well as local and global procurement
    • Review and analyzes sales statistics, objectives, and activities and report output and initiate necessary improvements to drive order growth
    • Assist in the monitoring of market and competitor trends
    • Attend regular meetings and present performance and key action items to sustain/improve performance
    • Perform all duties of the Operations Manager in cases of absence or emergency
