The Business Partnerships & Solutions Lead (BPSL) is responsible for the internal and external communication and coordination to the respective partners, project/program stakeholders, and working teams in implementing cooperation and business initiatives of Cashalo. The role requires the ability to proficiently engage in multiple topics ranging from business cooperation and partnership ideation, data sharing to a deeper understanding of our core products.

The incumbent will be expected to assist and eventually own end-to-end business development and solutions initiatives/projects including the support of structuring simple to complex implementation and navigating challenging conversations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes to all related parties

Business Development & Solutions

  • Support in achieving successful implementations and launch of the business projects by integrating business models with existing and potential partners
  • Support in actively and successfully managing the business development process: credentials and cooperation model pitch, tracking of deliverables and internal dependencies, closing and implementation
  • Support in the preparation of cooperation and partnership proposals and detailed costings/forecasts and prepare contract documents for review by the Business Unit Owner, Head of Business Dev’t and Solutions and other regional directors prior to presenting to the clients
  • Assist on creating effective and professional presentations on Cashalo’s products and services
  • Help in scheduling and attendance of partner and internal working teams meetings and actively send over minutes of the meeting for each, preferably within 24-48 hours after the meeting has ended
  • Manage day-to-day coordination to internal and external deliverables, ensuring project and business initiatives’ needs/expectations are on-time or with less delays as possible depending on concerns/challenges
  • Take a solutions and consultative internal and external parties management approach
  • Proactively develop and improve processes

Program & Project Management

  • Work across BUs to clearly gather requirements, flesh out business logic, and create design documents to be used for development process
  • Provide regular monitoring reports to show stakeholders the project health and progress
  • Analyze area of improvements and potential enhancements to business challenges and gaps.
  • Act as the Business Solutions POC of internal working teams during implementation and duration of project/program.

Job Qualifications

  • Atleast 5 years of experience in business development, product and project management, or other related fields; preferably with experience in tech or finance industries.
  • Strong consultative skills including negotiation, influencing, and collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven; capable of seizing the initiative in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
  • Strong will to win and a positive, tenacious attitude.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours
  • A bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and/or Tagalog.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office use
