Job Summary

A Lead Support Specialist prepares, submits, and maintains all technical requirements of both government agencies and clients. Acts as a Quality Assurance Officer responsible for making sure that products and services of the Divisions meet government and client standards. He/she performs audits and creates audit reports.

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities

  • Provide and regularly submit report the Pest Elimination Division’s customers:
    • Monthly Service Summary
    • Monthly Critical Summary/Pest Trending Report
    • Quarterly Service Summary
  • Key Customer Monthly Audit; maintain and schedule monthly store and facility audit based on monthly target
  • Attend regular PCO meetings set by customers
  • Conduct trainings/seminars such as Pest Awareness to key accounts
  • Prepare documents such as MSDS, business permits, company profile, product labels, certificates of attendance and other related materials to ensure complete customer satisfaction and with proper coordination with the PE Division Head
  • Assist Luzon team in account surveys and audits, if required.
  • Act as a Liaison Office to government offices:
    • Prepare and submit all required documents for obtaining Certificate of Product Registration and License to Operate
    • Regularly follow up and secure copies to accredited government agency such as Food and Drugs Authority
    • Coordinate with government agency to secure license, permits, and other documents related to the line of business
  • Prepare and submit administrative reports such as weekly report
  • Check reports submitted by the Service Team and evaluate quality of service rendered to ensure that existing company, government, and client standards are always met
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate manager
  • Be well aware on safety measures and proper handling of chemicals being used for pest elimination
