Your Role

The Learning, Development, and Engagement Officer will Support the LDE Head in:

• Conceptualizing, implementing and facilitating training programs which aims to equip the employees with the necessary skills and competencies.
• Monitoring effectiveness of the training programs, and recommending improvements, if any.
• Developing and, implementing, and evaluating effectiveness of programs and initiatives on employee engagement.

How you will contribute

Implement, coordinate, and facilitate selected training programs

• Create and review of training materials (presentation slides, handouts, exam)
• Identify participants and resource speakers
• Identify and reserve of venue and other logistics
• Send invitation and reminders
• Prepare cash advance, payment and reimbursements
• Coordinate for flight and hotel accommodations of participants
• Facilitate program
• Evaluate and prepare post-program reports
• Monitor external requests and budget utilization

Implement, coordinate, and facilitate selected employee engagement programs

• Create a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy
• Work with business heads strategies and demonstrable links between engagement and their strategic goals
• Leverage events to create and sustain dialogue around engagement
• Identify and address issues and solutions related to employee engagement
• Promote synergy and alignment between business units.
• Conduct activities that will empower, engage, and energize the employees.

What we are looking for

• Education: Graduate of a 4-year course preferably a Behavioral Science/Human Resources/Psychology course
• Years of Experience: 3-5 years working experience
• Proficiency Computer software - Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• With macro-understanding of the human resources functions and general understanding of the business
• Strong customer orientation and excellent organizational skills
