This role will provide overall support to Global learning programs through data analysis and managing learning administration and communications. This person will work with the COE’s, Training Vendors and facilitators, Learning Operations, Business Solutions and other support groups to ensure that all programs are in place and running as planned, and to inform program effectiveness through data analysis. This is a global role which requires flexibility in working hours.

Responsibilities include: Program Operation: Work with Learning Experience and Operations team to manage learning requests, create or curate courses, and test online learning content within the LMS and LXP Work with Program CoE and Program facilitators to establish training schedule Work with Program CoE and Learning Operations team to develop and set up custom emails/communication to participants on the learning system(s) including pre-work, pre-session reminders, post work, etc.

Support learning logistics and administration such as setting up MS Teams breakout rooms, Survey Links, managing Mural boards (duplicate, archive, etc), sending calendar invitation etc. Support communications to seek for nomination and on program inquiry or requests Learning Program Analytics: Develop metrics and uses tools (Power BI) to measure the effectiveness of programs (KPI, ROI, Impact etc.) that support organizational development Develop and maintain data reports from different sources (Compass & Pursuit) to inform progress of learning programs against targets (month on month completion, by segments, geographical location, NPS, list of Directors/AVP+ group, etc) Analyze all learning data points for global programs to identify gaps, risk, success, progress and trends as well as opportunities for improvement Work on and generate monthly, quarterly and year end reports Visualize results of analyses in the form of graphs, charts, tables, and scorecards etc.

Others Work with translation vendors to initiate translation of training materials as necessary Maintain and align everyone (Learning Coordinators, all facilitators & Learning CoE) on the learning operation processes so that pre and post training activities are completed seamlessly Create, document and maintain relevant processes or analytic documentation Qualifications: Working experience in sizable global organization is preferred Fluency in Business English (Spoken and Written) 3+ Years of experience in learning and develop or data analytic areas Learning Management System (LMS) administration or Learning Experience Platform administration experience – any type of LMS or LXP Previous work experience in applying analysis to HR and business outcomes Strong Analytical skills – has ability to ask right questions, analyze data, draws conclusion by making appropriate assumptions Strong ability to attend to details, modify approaches in consideration of practical concerns, and accept and adapt to sudden changes in priorities Remote collaboration tools experience – Teams, Zoom, Mural etc. This role will report into the Global Learning COE
