  • Screen loan application and completeness of the documents submitted by the client.
  • Monitor the status of the loan applications and documents.
  • Handles customer/clients inquiries through telephone, email, or walk-in.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any four-year course
  • Has good communication skills, administrative skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Must have excellent attention to detail
  • Customer-service oriented, organized, persuasive, and proactive
  • Computer proficient
  • No work-related experience is required for this position
