• Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Preparing, reviewing, and finalizing sales proposals.
• Utilizing social media platforms to garner customer interest and create brand awareness.
• Preparing sales forecast reports and submitting them to management.
• Developing effective sales strategies to increase company sales.
• Analyzing market trends, sales and marketing metrics, as well as pricing strategies to identify ways to improve sales and marketing efforts
• Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
• Assist on preparation of Bidding Documents.
• At least 28 to 48 years old;
• Must be a graduate of Marketing Management or any equivalent course
• With at least 3 years of working experience in the field;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel;
• Practical experience within a Security Agency company.

• Strong communication skills in English and Filipino (oral and written);
• Ability to learn quickly and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
