As Marketing Automation Specialist, you will build customer journey by maximizing the use of marketing platforms.

What you will do:

  • Create and maintain CRO dashboards and analytics
  • Build new campaign workflows for triggered campaigns; which includes targeting, channel & timing selection, if/then scenarios, and automated tasks.
  • Generate GTM strategies and tactics to improve the funnel
  • Develop campaigns by managing the back-end set up of digital platforms such as the PayMaya App and other third-party digital platforms
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
  • Understand customer pain points and create strategy to address it
  • Provide suggestions and recommendations to improve usability, design, content and conversion of the company’s website, app, and customer experience
  • Work closely with Product, Brand Management, Customer Lifecycle Management and Data Science teams

What you will need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related course
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing automation and familiar with API/SDKs
  • Familiarity with UX, UI, CX
  • Must be data/ performance analytics driven and a critical thinker
  • Experience working with agency, e-commerce, or financial service institution is a plus
