Develops marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Manages the marketing, advertising, promotional, public relation activities and events of the organization. Develops program/s that are designed to boost sales.

In charge of brand building, public relations and external communications.

Specific Duties

Formulates, manages and coordinates all marketing, advertising, promotional, public relation activities and events of the company.

Collaborate with the sales, product development & management group and the concession merchandising specialist to monitor sales trends and identify specific needs of concessions and key customers.

Develops specific marketing plans for all concessions and key outright customers and coordinates the same with the marketing and merchandising personnel of stores.

Works with the Sales Manager on product placement at stores and exposure of key brands.

Develops new ways of reaching the target market thru digital marketing: on-line shopping, Facebook, twitter, deal sites and the like

Develops business to business activities or tie ups with companies to strengthen our customer reach and maximize brand exposure.

Manages the company website to ensure relevance to customers

Monitors, reviews and reports on all marketing activity and results.

Determines and manages the marketing budget and deliver results within the agreed budget.

Analyzes current market conditions and competitor information.

Conducts market research and focus group discussion as needed to gather consumer insights or determine the health of the brand.

Liases with media and advertising.

Performs other functions as may be assigned from time to time
