The role

Be the first point of contact for AAMC Training Group (RTO 51428) Australian and Philippines clients. Promptly respond and manage client enquiries via main phone, email address, message bank, student administration, and chatbot.

Influence new course sales and enrolments within a timely and professional manner.

Assist students with technical requirements, relating to the use of the company Learning Management System, obtaining USI numbers and credit transfers

Follow up any outstanding enrolment payments, USI Numbers and course extension payments, within a timely manner.

Create course schedules, packages and coupon codes, and assist with coordinating virtual class, face to face courses and government-funded enrolment enquiries.

Support corporate partners with organising group training sessions including corporate LMS training and enrolments.

Provide coverage for absent staff members and support the team with ad hoc tasks as required by operations and other key staff.

Flexibility to work on the Philippines public holidays.

Working hours will be based according to AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time)

  • A self-starter with a keen willingness to learn in a highly varied and demanding role
  • High level of customer relationship management, ability to make quick decisions in a timely manner
  • Sales focussed with the confidence to influence positive sales outcomes
  • Strong work ethic and professional attitude
  • Professional level of written and verbal English skills
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft office
  • Previous experience working within a credit role with and Australian company is mandatory
  • Previous RTO experience or administration experience desired but not mandatory
  • Degree qualified preferred
