Salary Grade: 119.68 per hour

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Eligibility:

Education:

Graduate of any 4-year Program.

Experience:

One (1) year experience required.

Training:

None Required

Competency:

Has at least basic or proficient understanding of RA 11032. Efficient in Customer Relation and Office Management. Knowledgeable in social media and Event Management. Proficient in MS Office/Canva/Other editing tools

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process all requests for vehicle and facility.
  • Coordinate the schedule of trips to the university driver.
  • Prepare schedule and area of assignment of the utility personnel. Prepare documents needed to ensure compliance with quality assurance requirements.
  • Prepare checklist and preventive maintenance reports.
  • Print and monitor the accomplishment report of all GSO Personnel. Manage the official email of the office.
  • Prepare documents for the repair of university vehicle.
  • Assist the utility personnel in attending to the needs whenever there are facility requests.
  • Prepare the requests for payment for water billing, electricity, security provider billing and other related general services billing.
  • Check the DTRs of all security personnel.
  • Conduct a monthly walk- through inspection together with EMU and PFMO.
  • Collect and compile the trip ticket of the University Driver.
  • Prepare the monthly Itinerary of Travel of the university driver.
  • Receive and relay matters and other concerns to and from client and immediate supervisor.
  • File and safe keep all the documents processed and received in the office.
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
  • Implementation of 5’s within the work area.
  • Perform other functions and duties as may be assigned by the higher authorities.
