Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise daily/weekly/monthly activities of team members
  • Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals are met
  • Coordinate work activities with other supervisors, managers, departments, etc.
  • Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes, expertise, and judgment
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and annual performance reviews as well as formal corrective action

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years in college
  • Handled an outbound campaign(s) is an advantage
  • Experience in analyzing and solving customer problems in an office, claims, or customer service environment
  • Proficiency with Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
  • Ability to multi-task including the ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product
  • Strong management experience: 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role with responsibility for overseeing large teams (15+)
  • Outbound Sales Experience is preferred but not required
  • In-depth knowledge of good performance management principles and practices
  • Has good eye and understanding of data analysis and reporting
  • An expert in developing and implementing Key Performance Indicators or Key Result Areas in a BPO operations setting
  • Proactive and resilient to change
  • Ability to work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion while maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented virtual business environment
  • Willingness to work in a shifting schedule
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 and MS Office, including SharePoint.
