**************, the world’s largest freelancing and crowdsourcing marketplace in the world is looking for a Payroll Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient processing and releasing of employees’ salary. As a Payroll Specialist you will be working closely with team-leaders and managers to ensure the accuracy of employees’ time and attendance records, the Talent Team for the accuracy of new starters and leavers’ information, and with a third-party service provider for the calculation of payroll.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintains an updated monitoring of the following:

- Employee (Master List)
- Vacation Leaves and Sick Leaves
- Overtime (OT)
- Attendance
- Adjustments

  • Ensures timely and accurate payroll calculation and releasing
  • Ensures timely processing of employee benefit claims such as SSS and PhilHealth benefits
  • Ensures and monitors the collection of reimbursements from SSS
  • Certifies and monitors SSS and Pag-ibig loans applications
  • Monitors payroll concerns and makes necessary adjustment
  • Monitors cash advances and other deductions
  • Ensures that the employees receive their payslips on time
  • Processes payment for monthly government remittances for all employees
  • Submits complete and on-time payroll-related reportorial requirements of government agencies
  • Responds to payroll related concerns
  • Prepares pay-raise letters
  • Provides documents requested by employees such as COE, BIR form 2316, Certification of PhilHealth contributions, and other related documents
  • Performs other functions as may be required on a temporary basis

Requirements

  • Graduate of BS Human Resources, Accountancy, Finance, or related field
  • At least two (2) years of work experience in compensation and benefits, end to end payroll processing, or accounting
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google office suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Forms)
  • With excellent communication skills
