QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• At least 2 years experience in a similar role
• Strong organizational and mathematical skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding financial matters
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets
• Great attention to detail
• Must be willing to work on US shift (9:00 pm to 5:00 am)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collecting timesheet data and payroll information
• Entering data into payroll and administrative databases and software programs
• Calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, commissions, etc
• Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions
• Preparing and distributing income statements
• Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns
• Performing account balance and payroll reconciliation
• Preparing financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes
