MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Management and the like
Work Experience: 1-2 years experience in permits and licenses
Proficient and knowledgeable in review & completion of documentary requirements necessary for the development & conversion of proposed project development
Good Interpersonal/negotiation skills
Can recommend alternative actions or options in case of additional or new requirements
Willing to be assigned at LIMA, Malvar, Batangas

JOB MISSION/PURPOSE:

To secure the relevant permits and licenses for the conversion & development of raw land properties to industrial, commercial, and other uses;
To secure building permit and other relevant permits and licenses for its construction/occupancy

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Secure the relevant permits and licenses for the conversion & development of raw land properties to industrial, commercial & other uses
Prepare and consolidate the documentary requirements including related permits/clearances, submit the same to concerned government agencies, monitor its status through constant follow-ups, and course its immediate release
Determine problem areas affecting applications and recommend reasonable/viable resolutions
Establish, maintain good relations/contacts with various government agencies
