Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder of any field preferably Business Management
  • Preferably with experience in sales of the same industry
  • With pleasing and attractive personality with good persuasive abilities
  • Outspoken with excellent communication skills and has the ability to quickly build rapport
  • Active in social media and has commercial awareness. Online marketing/eCommerce experience is an advantage
  • Can demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times
  • With a very good work ethics
  • Must be a teamplayer
  • Age must not be more than 28 years old
  • Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines at any given time

Competencies:

  • Must be knowledgeable in MS Office: Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Has the ability to produce virtual and other telemarketing and social media presentations
  • Must be able to create and manage a customer value plan
  • Must be able to develop strategies for increasing opportunities to contact persons in medical and healthcare sectors.
  • Must be able to articulate product specifications and should be able to demonstrate them to customers.
  • Can continue to develop marketing skills thru time

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a monthly sales performance and make a significant sales contribution to assigned area.
  • Perform product presentations to customers either personally or virtually.
  • Develop new accounts and install new products.
  • Promote, sell, secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory or market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products and services.
  • Make telephone calls, email and/or personal visits and presentations to existing customers.
  • Research on how to develop prospective customers and how to determine their potentials.
  • Monitor product movement in every hospital under assigned territory. Coordinate sales effort with the marketing, logistics and technical service group.
  • Create and manage a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, shared and value opportunities.
  • Identify advantages and compare the organization’s products and services to competitors.
