Job Description:
• Assist in maintaining a detailed project schedule
• Participation in team meetings
• Prepare and maintain meeting minutes, presentations, and tables.
• Ensure team members are adhering to deadlines
• File all project documents – hard and soft copy
• Responsible for tracking any changes to a project and creates updates based on a schedule as agreed by project manager
• Gather summary documents and incorporate contributions of the team.
• Documenting and analyzing all essential data
• Assist in obtain all key information and develop and maintain a detailed schedule for project managers
Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration
• Has 3 - 4 years work experience in related field
• Communication, interpersonal skills, enquiring.
• Always seeks win /win situations - analytical, creative, takes the initiative.
• Results oriented – with ability to distinguish between “needs” and “wants”
• Enjoys planning and executing
• Demonstrates vision of end goal and ability to communicate same to team.
• High energy and commitment – “does what it takes” attitude
• Does well under pressure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communicator/information sharer
