The Property manager will ensure the efficient daily operations and meet financials objective of properties under management, address the administrative requirements efficiently and on a timely manner in line with the business, and manage a highly engaged administration team to ensure maximum efficiency.

The Property Manager will be assigned to manage and monitor the following:

  • Marketing of space for maximization of Leases. Plan, lead, organize, and execute all aspects of property sale and office space lease, from concept to logistics and technical requirements to deliver service and outputs according to deadlines , advertising and agreed service levels.
  • Monthly Analysis of Budget Expense (Actual vs. Budget);
  • Sending out of Business Advisories;
  • Sending out of Centralized Calendar Invites for the Team;
  • Business Team Compliance to Company Requirements;
  • Supervision of Utility Maintenance (interoffice and outside of the office)
  • Replenishment of Office Supplies; Sundries and others;
  • Contract Management aligned to requirements;
  • Others as needed to address needs of FAB Team
  • Compliance of his/her Department to groupwide requirements
