-Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree

-Willing to work in San Juan

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

-Generate client leads to buy, sell and rent a property

-Build relationships with key real estate brokers, agents and managers

-Implement sales strategies in achieving your real estate sales targets

-Manage and motivate your co-workers

-Deliver customer services to property buyers and sellers

-Integrate best practices in delivering services to property buyers and sellers

-Ensure compliance of all real estate laws and regulations

-Hardworking, organized, trustworthy and people-oriented

-Preferably with proven successful sales track record

-Has a laptop and a strong Wi-Fi connection at home

-Solid Project Management experience

-Excellent selling and negotiation skills

-Proficient in English

-Fast learner, can work under pressure, and is goal-oriented

-1 year of experience in real estate / property sales

-Reports directly to the Sales Director

-Salary is commission-based

-With or without PRC license may apply (Real Estate Salesperson License)

-Part time is accepted

-Show properties

-Initiate transaction process
