Responsibilities:
- Delivery of our tailored Call Quality programs. This will include scorecards and associated documentation including, but not limited to, the use of training materials, user manuals, instructor guides, participant guides, and job aids.
- Ensure accurate & thorough call quality assessments are completed in a timely manner each month with any required reporting prepared prior to month end.
- Participation & facilitation of feedback coaching and training sessions as required with our customer’s customer service & sales staff including associated reporting.
- Build rapport with the staff to help increase system & process adoption and encourage feedback on potential improvements.
Qualifications:
- 3+ Years demonstrated ability to assess Inbound & Outbound calls.
- 3+ Years experience providing constructive feedback to staff members
- A demonstrated understanding of learning design principles and methodologies
- Superior communication skills (written & verbal)
