TheQA Analystmonitors and ensures proper implementation of processes in sample preparation, seed treatment and seed testing activities including document preparation in accordance with Company, ISO, and ISTA standards.
The significant scope of this role includes:
- Ensures proper implementation of the testing activities per Company, ISTA and ISO standards
- Monitors and executes analysis of activities or samples and recommends resolutions
- Execute testing plans and evaluation of accomplishments
- Execute data entry of testing results in QA databases
- Monitors progress and executes implementation of QA projects and routine reports
- Monitors, executes and document process improvements
- Ensure execution and implementation of staff recognition and awarding
