Job Purpose:
The recruiter is in charge of interviewing all candidates for first line positions who have been successfully pre-screened by a sourcer.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Understand the culture, the needs, and the future development plans of the company
  • Create the JD in collaboration with the hiring manager
  • Interview candidates who have successfully been pre-screened by the sourcer and check the matching points between the candidate experience, skills and personality with the JD
  • Assess the successful candidates using personality and skills assessments (when applicable)
  • Organize interviews between successful candidates and hiring managers
  • Follow up on interviews and either process the candidate for hire or reject the candidate
  • Process to the hired candidates for onboarding
  • Keep track of the process at all time, using the company ATS, spreadsheets etc.
  • Report on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis about the status of each opened requisition to the TA Director
  • Required hard and soft skills :
    • Wide understanding of the business needs
    • Expert in the different first line positions (sales, CS, winback etc.)
    • Fluent English (verbal, written and presentation skills)
    • Strong computer usage skills
    • Thinks outside the box
    • Experience negotiating candidate compensation and presenting job offers
    • Knowledge of and experience with basic recruiting tools (Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn, MyNimo, Jobstreet, Job Fairs, College Recruitment programs, cold-calling, etc.)
