Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Recruiter & On-boarding Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will conduct 40-50 virtual interviews daily, Monday through Friday, collaborate with other recruiters to manage applicant sorting, and lead the on-boarding process for new agents. A laptop, a dedicated workspace, and being 23 years old or older are essential requirements for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct 40-50 virtual interviews daily, Monday through Friday, to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific job roles.
  • Collaborate with other recruiters to efficiently sort and manage applicant data using spreadsheets or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Lead the onboarding process for new agents, providing comprehensive explanations of company policies, procedures, and available resources.
  • Conduct virtual onboarding sessions to introduce new agents to company culture, values, and expectations for success.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to new agents to help them excel in their roles and meet performance objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate and agent information in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Monitor and optimize the onboarding process to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and agent satisfaction.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment and onboarding processes.

What You Need For This Position

  • Have 1+ years OR 6 months of recruiting experience
  • College Degree (Preferred but not required)
  • Have a love for people and building long-lasting relationships
  • Should have a dedicated workspace conducive to performing daily duties effectively.
  • Applicants should possess a laptop/Personal Computer for conducting virtual interviews and performing daily duties.
