Due to continued demand from our clients, we are looking for ambitious, relationship-centric recruiters who are looking to take the next step in their careers, preferably working directly with international managers to resource staff in the Philippines.

  • Integrity over everything – Do they cut corners? No. Does getting the placement quickly trump responsible and thorough recruitment? No. Do they neglect their candidates when moving on to the next role? No. Why? Because they know they have three types of customers – the managers they are recruiting for, the candidates they place, and the candidates who miss out on the job (not in that order).
  • Years of experience is just a number to them – A recruiter with the right mindset and a passion for people and relationships is far more valuable to us than a recruiter with years of experience but not willing to do more than the basics.

  • Now you know what attributes we’re looking for, here’s the experience we feel would position you well for this role:

    • At least 12 months of recruitment experience within a non-volume-based recruitment setup, where you are still required to move fast and be ready with good candidates
    • A history of being able to comfortably talk to western clients as experts and equals, being able to give constructive advice, and assisting with setting realistic expectations
    • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to successfully work on multiple different openings at any one time
    • A track record of managing relationships with both clients, placed professionals, and candidates (both active and passive)
    • A history of having high attention to detail - that includes reading information from beginning to end, and following process as prescribed
