Job Summary:

Provides administrative and logistical assistance in talent acquisition processes for sourcing of talents and applicant processing. Ensures timely, correct and accurate applicant data in the talent acquisition database.

Job tasks include the following:

  • Responsible in setting-up and arranging interview schedules
  • Ensures regulatory and policy checks are completed
  • Administers online examinations for staff candidates
  • In-charge of vendor management
  • Support administrative tasks such as billings, contracts, payments
  • Responsible in creating and generating reports and insights for management meetings
  • Role Exposure:

    • Be exposed in a fast-paced learning environment while immersing yourself in the recruitment process
    • Improve your MS office skills especially MS. Excel
    • have the opportunity to become a Talent Acquisition Officer in the future

    Job Requirements:

  • Good written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Graduate of Business, Behavioral Sciences, Industrial Engineering, and Advertising
  • Must have academic distinctions/ citations OR a student leader during college
  • Comfortable in dealing with data and reports
  • Highly collaborative
  • Open to Fresh Graduates/ No work experience
