AIOT Manager directs and oversees an organization’s sales policies, objectives and initiatives,

set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs. AIOT Manager leads the sales team

and maximizes the team’s potential for generating sales, creating sales plans and reporting or aligning the sales plans to

RSH. AIOT also spearhead regional store expansions and installation specially Accesories Promotions .


• Graduate of bachelor’s degree, preferably in

Business or Management related discipline

• Proven experience in sales, business development or

similar role is required

• At least 2 years hands-on experience in sales

• Knowledgeable of Sales and Business Development

best practices

• Experience in Telco industry is preferred

• Impressive Leadership, Communication and

Presentation Skills

• Can execute strong Business Acumen

• Proficiency in MS Office and related business

and communication tools

• Achievement and Certification of High

performance from previous employer is a plus
