Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide support and assurance in implementing adequate and effective internal controls which will assist service delivery management to mitigate risk that could adversely affect its commitments
To perform review of process documents on a regular basis
To conduct random checks on different teams and perform assessment on the non-compliance issues identified during the review
To act as the POC of the project for future risk and compliance review/audit review
Recommend ideas that will help the project minimize it’s exposure to different risks and eliminate repeat findings
Provide report on a timely manner
Foster a best practice approach to different processes within the project and encourage compliant outcomes and positive compliance culture
Proactively raise possible issues that will lead to audit findings

Qualifications:

Graduate of Accounting, Finance or any Business-related course
CPA is an advantage
Must have auditing skills/background
With at least 1 year of experience in Risk and Compliance
Must be able to analyze and solve lower-complexity problems
Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules and extended working hours
