Job Description:

  • Receives and process dealer’s outlet orders, routine requests regarding outlet operations, equipment repair, delivery schedule and product pull-out/replacement, payments of rentals, utilities, drinks;
  • Performs daily and weekly product forecasting and facilitates timely delivery of products;
  • Conducts daily sales updates;
  • Monitors and records daily sales off take;
  • Compares actual delivered versus forecasts of products and supplies;
  • Coordinates with outside partners such as schools, malls, terminals and supermarkets.

Job Qualification:

  • A graduate of Business Management, or any related course;
  • Preferably with at least six (6) months experience as a Sales Admin Associate in a food industry, customer relations/servicing or equivalent professional practice;
  • Proficient in basic computer programs (word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software and internet navigation and email).
