RESPONSIBILITIES

Successful candidates will play the following important role:

  • Collaborates with the sales, marketing, and product managers, internal teams, clients, and partners on marketing strategy.
  • Works closely with the sales and marketing departments for all activities that are designed to drive up company revenue.
  • Prepares formats and edits a range of documents such as quotations, price lists, marketing letters, and other various forms of documentation as requested by the sales team.
  • Ensures all communication and marketing efforts are in line with the vision, missions, strategy, and core values.
  • Creates marketing collateral such as brochures, case studies, videos, and presentations, especially for marketing activities. Overseas production of all print and electronic materials, annual reports, websites, etc.
  • Maintains marketing databases (attendances, emails, contact numbers, etc.) for each of the product lines and marketing activities.
  • Provides administrative support to the marketing and sales team.
  • Understands and researches company products and brands. Assisting in all forms of learning and training, conducted in-house or by principals.
  • Creates and updates social media accounts and content. ensures that all content is relevant and up-to-date.
  • Assists in general office duties to help the bidding committee. Other duties and responsibilities may arise from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must have a Bachelor’s or college degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Office Administration, Secretarial, or any health-related courses.
  • With at least two years of working experience, preferably in administration, secretarial, and general clerical tasks.
  • Proficient at queries and handling business communications; with an understanding of business development and procedures related to sales.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexible, willing to travel, hard-working, committed, and with a good disposition.
  • Essential Skills: Attention to detail, time-management, problem-solving, customer service skills, and above-average communication skills.
  • Amenable to work at Mandaluyong.
