Job Description

Conduct account visits and/or telemarketing of consumables to existing machine in the field
Monitor consumptions patterns/buying habits of each account and analyse discrepancy from ideal or standard usage
Consistently follow-up existing clients need for consumables and have the items delivered at the soonest time possible
Check machines performance at least once a month visit to client
Assist clients in their sales service related concerns and coordinate them to concerned department
Updates of database of existing installations
Attend and participate in all sales related meetings
Comply with the company policies on orders, credit terms and deliveries
Prepare a customized proposal base on the data gathered

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
Willing to travel for service Calls/ Field Work
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
