Job content

a. Manages the existing accounts by developing new accounts pertaining to products and services by developing new accounts through planning and organizing daily work schedule to call or present as needed to potential clients in a face to face or virtual platform. New accounts must be handled and managed so as to retain, upsell and cross-sell to them. After sales care management is part of account management.

New Business Acquisition

b. Generate new leads through phone calls, internet searches and customer lists, e-mail blast, and attending different sponsorship events or seminars.

c. Maintain healthy relationships with new clients to expand business opportunities thru upselling and cross selling activities.

d. Conduct sales presentations, writing of proposals, and follow up calls until the contract is signed.

Event Management

e. Provide support to the team through guidance on managing assigned tasks of the team, track timeline, deliverables and execution of events.

f. Network and build partnerships with different and relevant organizations.

g. Support company events by promoting through different means with focus on social media.

Professionalism and Market Intelligence

a. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, developmental trainings, and establishing personal networks.

b. Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, techniques, etc.

c. Keep management informed by encoding all activities, such as daily call reports, weekly or monthly work plans on the Customer Relation Management system.

II. QUALIFICATIONS

· Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication/ Marketing/Psychology would be an advantage but not necessary

· Preferably with work experience in a solutions-based service industry

· Must be flexible

· Must be willing to travel

· Must be people oriented

· Must have the tenacity to pursue goals
