What is your mission?
You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to the client’s advertisers, publishers and/or users
  • Analyze quality and effectiveness of ad accounts strategically, and recommend best practices for other platforms
  • Support SMBs through effective business partnering and overall support of our vendor operations
  • Collaborate with advertising specialists, sales engineers, and product team members on new feature development
  • Generate creative ways to improve our client relationships and increase revenue by sharing and implementing best practices
  • Tracking of accounts and maintaining conversion
Who are we looking for?
  • Completed at least 2 years in college
  • With at least 2 years of pure sales experience (inbound/outbound/B2B) in the BPO industry
  • Strong desire to meet or exceed revenue, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
  • Familiar with needs-based selling techniques/analytics (e.g., SPIN)
  • Familiarity with online advertising products and services
  • Strong verbal and written English communications skills
  • Account management experience is a plus
  • Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
  • Can work from home and in BGC, Taguig City
  • With access to a quiet and secured room and at least 30 MBPS internet subscription
