To expand our Sourcing & Procurement practice and in response to increasing market demand, we are now seeking exceptional Technology & Management Consulting Professionals with a strong Sourcing & Procurement background.
Responsibilities:
  • Execute system build, upgrade and/or migration activities as per SAP standard procedures while aligning to the organization’s delivery methods
  • Use SAP Basis implementation skills and experience to deliver and support projects under the SAP HANA migration factory
  • Be able to work as a technical shift lead providing guidance and SME support for SAP implementation projects
  • Be able to provide inputs to estimates, create detailed work plans and test plans for Greenfield and/or Brownfield implementations as well as standard system installations and upgrades
  • Flexible to rotating shift assignments and weekend work as needed
  • Be able to use existing SAP Basis skills to further build expertise on SAP migrations including but not limited to S/4HANA and BW/4HANA conversion
  • Be able to work closely with the client to gather requirements, assess/validate existing environment and provide status updates/reports on a regular basis
  • Be able to work closely and harmoniously with Infrastructure, Functional and Development teams during system implementation and migration projects
  • Provide training and participate with skill-up programs to grow new SAP Technical Architecture skills and cultivate new technologies under the SAP Basis competency area
  • Willing to be assigned onshore for project startups and projects requiring onshore roles
  • Work with the organization’s SAP Laboratory and Innovation teams to create Proof-of-Concepts, Whitepapers or POVs for new SAP emerging technologies
Qualifications:
  • Candidate should have at least 2-3 years experience in at least 3 or a combination of the following activities:
    • SAP Netweaver End-to-End Installations (ABAP and/or JAVA)
    • SAP Software Update Manager
    • SAP Maintenance Planner
    • SAP Backup & Restore
    • SAP System Copies
    • SAP Basis Performance Optimization
    • SAP Archiving or SAP Data Ageing
    • Basic OS Administration for RedHat Linux, SUSE Linux in combination with SAP Basis skills.
  • Actual project experience on any of the following is optional but is a PLUS for the candidate:
    • SAP HANA DB installation, upgrades & administration
    • SAP Migrations using DMO (ECC on HANA, CRM on HANA, BW on HANA, BPC on HANA)
    • SAP S/4HANA Conversion
    • SAP B/W4HANA Conversion
    • SAP Suite on HANA and BW on HANA Administration
    • SAP Migration using classical OS/DB Migration tools
    • SAP Solution Manager 7.2 Configuration: Technical Monitoring, ChaRM, CTS+, RCA, and other SolMan Scenarios
    • SAP ASE Database Management
    • SAP Fiori Technical Architecture (Fiori Front End Server Setup, App installations)
    • SAP HANA DB Sizing
    • SAP Integration with other SAP Products or 3rd Party Systems
    • SAP Landscape Design and Sizing / SAP Technical Architect
    • Provisioning on MS Azure and AWS or Google Cloud
    • SAP BOBJ Administration
    • Experience on End-to-End planning for a SAP migration or implementation
    • Experience in Dual Stack Splitting
    • HANA DB conversion to Multi-Tenant Databases
    • HANA Scale-Out and Scale-Up configurations
    • SAP HANA Tech Associate Certified
    • SAP OS/DB Migration Certified
