Work you’ll do

Deloitte’s Enterprise Application SAP practice helps clients solve complex business issues by combining process and industry knowledge with deep expertise in enabling technologies and packaged software and this team is expanding rapidly.

Outside of your client-facing and advisory work, you will also play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Deloitte’s SAP practice. We are looking for leaders of the future, and we offer training to ensure every Consultant has the potential to make it to the top. As an SAP SuccessFactors professional consultant, you will design, implement, and deploy SuccessFactors solutions to solve business process requirements within the Human Resource and Talent space. Post the implementation you will also need to support the adoption of the solution and help with ongoing queries/ change requests. Apart from this, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining packaged internal technology solutions and assets and delivering them. This includes regular updates and enhancements to the solution to incorporate new product releases and feedback received through delivery teams

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

If you are someone with 

  • A Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline is preferred. Other degree holders will also be considered. 

  • Minimum 4-9 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors and should have at least 2-3 years of Consulting Industry Experience

  • SF Employee Central certified. Knowledge of EC time-off, timesheet and benefits. Having additional certifications is an added advantage.

  • 2-3 years of experience on SuccessFactors Implementation projects and working with packaged solutions or supporting SF clients.

  • Experience with handling customers and communicating with them well.

  • Experience of any other SuccessFactors modules is an added advantage.

  • Engage in consistent and ongoing interactions with internal and client subject matter experts to enhance internal solution assets.

  • Ability to continuously improve the current solution offerings with innovative ideas and design thinking.

  • Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.

  • Must be able to translate client business needs to technical business requirements. Must possess strong analytical skills.

  • Ability to confidently articulate information identified for delivery to the client.

  • Must have good documentation skills and should be able to work in a global environment.

  • Ability to work on multiple projects same time and flexibility to handle the customers from different time zones.

  • Experience defining, implementing, and supporting business processes.

  • Good understanding of incident management and change management.

  • Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely.

  • Experience with data migration and data management activities in SF.

  • Experience defining, implementing, and supporting HCM business processes.

  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Able to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks. Results-oriented

  • Excellent at prioritizing multiple tasks, managing conflicting deadlines and working effectively in a dynamic environment

  • Serve as an advisor to other SAP SuccessFactors post-production support clients utilizing your expertise and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors application

  • SuccessFactors Analytics / ORD / Adhoc Reports experience preferred.

  • Understand and troubleshoot security issues

  • Manage on/offshore resources.
